Everything we do requires energy. ‘Do’ does not mean only our physical activities but includes our thoughts and emotions as well. When we can manage our energy properly we feel fit. We can even enjoy the little things, we feel as if we could take on the world. But when our energy is out of balance, then we feel stressed out. A mosquito becomes an elephant. There is a clear connection between our energy management, our well-being and how we live our life.

Alles wat we doen, vraagt energie. Sommige dingen kosten veel energie en blijven energie vreten. Andere dingen kosten energie, maar geven je ook energie terug. Als we onze energiehuishouding op orde hebben, voelen we ons fit en hebben we het gevoel dat we de hele wereld aankunnen.
